Our highly motivated Brand Merchandising team for BOSS Womenswear is excited to meet you

Job Description:

What you can expect:

  • Develop the collection framework and oversee the entire collection development process for specific key product groups within BOSS Womenswear Casual
  • Conduct productdriven analyses and gather market feedback, while monitoring important KPIs
  • Responsible for pricing and positioning of designated product groups on a global scale
  • Proactively translate commercial product requirements into product development
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Technical Design, and Procurement teams throughout the collection development process for assigned product groups
  • Assist in the growth and expansion of BOSS Womenswear
  • Create global assortment proposals across all channels to increase efficiency in the collection development process

Profile:

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or textile management
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Brand Management or Merchandise Management)
  • Strong analytical and quick comprehension skills
  • Excellent understanding of economic relationships
