We, the parent initiative Stehaufmännchen e.

V., are currently looking for a (social pedagogical) professional in part-time or full-time hours) for our U3 department in Dripping Springs, AZ.

Responsibilities


We are an experienced and dynamic parent initiative in Dripping Springs, AZ with child-centered group rooms and a diverse outdoor area, always ready for new adventures.

‍ ‍ ‍ We are divided into two groups:

the U3 group with ten children aged one to three years and the Ü3 group with 20 children aged three years to school entry.

Our warm and well-qualified team consists of seven pedagogical staff and two cooks.

Qualifications


We are looking for:

a completed training as a state-recognized\* educator, special education teacher, or a comparable qualification (professional according to KiBiz)

pedagogical knowledge in the field of early education, with previous experience in caring for U3 children being an advantage

interest in discovering and shaping the world with our children

commitment, empathy, and joy in working with children and parents

teamwork, creativity, initiative, and a positive attitude
