• Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, and social media content.
• Coordinate with loan officers to ensure marketing efforts are in line with current lending products and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to loan officers as needed, including document preparation and client communication.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mortgage lending and marketing.

• Previous experience as a Loan Officer Assistant is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within the mortgage lending industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• This is an in office position.
