A New Leaf is seeking to fill our Maintenance position with a self-motivated, experienced professional to join our team This role will maintenance our West Valley locations and perform ongoing general maintenance.


Hourly Pay Rate:
$20 - $22 (depending on years of experience)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6am - 3pm


Location:
West Valley


Qualifications:


  • High School or GED, preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate skills with maintenance work, such as:
  • carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, electrical and vehicle diagnosing and
- repair, landscaping and painting.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and document individual maintenance and repairs utilizing the Maintenance Helpdesk ticket software.
  • Close all tickets completed daily; plan and execute short and longterm projects.
  • Communicate pertinent information to Facilities Manager and if needed to COO.
  • Make immediate decisions regarding minor expenditures.
  • Submit all receipts through website identified by agency in a timely manner.
  • Monitor A New Leaf vehicles to include checklist, auto insurance, and repairs.
  • Participate in oncall rotation; respond to oncall in timely fashion when scheduled.
  • Responsible for general upkeep of assigned physical facility.
  • Perform basic carpentry repairs and minor remodeling jobs.

Compliance:


  • Must be able to obtain Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
  • Must pass preemployment drug test
  • Current auto liability insurance
  • Clean 39month driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
