What you will be doing with us:

  • You are a competent contact person: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for the target group you know best: the interns and working students at our central locations in Cologne.
  • You take on responsibility: You independently support your departments and accompany the application process.
  • You show your creative skills: You write job advertisements and publish vacancies using our applicant management system.
  • Managers and applicants come to you: You pre-select incoming applications and correspond with both applicants and managers from the department.
  • Nothing falls behind with you: You are responsible for initiating contracts and keeping an eye on the relevant deadlines.
  • You coordinate interfaces: From applicant management to personnel administration to the departments.
