Description
Responsibilities:
- Professional and disciplinary management of the team of currently 5 field sales employees
- Coordination of sales activities in the global market, mainly in Europe
- Expansion of the joint sales concept with the French partner company
- Negotiation of conditions during annual discussions with major customers
- Conducting customer visits internationally
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education and/or degree
- Several years of sales experience in the field of technical products, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering, sensors or control technology
- Experience in team management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
