What you will learn...

Understanding assembly and installation instructions, assembling and repairing machines, programming mechatronic systems. You will also learn the basics of control and regulation technology and how to handle all necessary tools and equipment.

Typical tasks:
  • Methodical identification of errors and defects in (industrial) plants, machines and systems
  • Rectifying operational disruptions
  • Construction, functional testing and maintenance of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic controls in automated production processes
  • Testing, measuring and adjusting devices and system components
  • Testing safety and protection functions
  • Processing various materials such as metal or plastic
  • Installation and programming of hardware and software components
  • Commissioning and operation of complex mechatronic systems
Your tasks after training:

You will maintain our small and large plants at our company locations, such as our waste incineration plant or sorting facilities. If something is not running smoothly, you will identify and fix the problem. If necessary, you will produce required components based on construction and circuit diagrams.
