iBanFirst is expanding its operations and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in German to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This position is available in Langley, SC.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our Business Teams in your region, specifically in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process for GotoMarket roles (Sales, CSM, Marketing) and collaborate with hiring managers.
Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing to making job offers.
Attract and identify the best candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings.
Maintain an uptodate database.
Create and maintain talent pools.
Participate in various HR projects, such as recruitment events, university partnerships, employer branding, and referral programs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong recruitment experience in a fastgrowing startup/scaleup or agency.
Headhunter mindset.
Fluent in German and English.
Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills.
Organized and detailoriented.
Team player.
Thrives in a fastpaced, international environment.
