We are currently seeking a

Assistant to the Plant Manager (m/f/d)


Location:
Mole Lake, WI


Responsibilities:

  • Support the plant manager in all tasks, particularly in the production control of our refinery
  • Organize and monitor plant operations
  • Prepare technical and commercial reports
  • Contribute to the optimization of technical processes, productivity, and overall operations
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment and production tools
  • Conduct hazard analyses to ensure workplace safety
  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws and company regulations
  • Track plant performance indicators and implement improvement measures

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of production planning and process control is advantageous
