D YOUR TASKS:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems under your care
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repair of building systems (e.g. heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing)
  • Conducting regular checks and proactive repairs
  • Assisting and supporting with technical operations for our clients
  • Documenting all completed tasks (e.g. maintenance logs)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education, such as ANLAGENMECHANIKER HKLS / Mechatroniker Kältetechnik / Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer / Gas-Wasserinstallateur
  • Customer-oriented and dedicated team member.
