For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung NOW IT GmbH, we are looking for a Service Manager (m/f/d) in the Customer Service department at the Düsseldorf location, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

As a Service Manager (m/f/d), you will comprehensively support and represent the IT services assigned to you in terms of the requirements of the customers, from the initial request to the entire service lifecycle. You act as a link between customer and service management and the specialist competence centers of the NOW IT GmbH business areas.

Here, you coordinate customer interests and the performance capabilities of NOW IT GmbH in the context of the guidelines set by the shareholders, for example with regard to optimizing business processes and reducing costs.
