Position Overview:


Essential Duties:


  • Manage, configure, and enhance the Workday HRIS system, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining the data integrity and system performance of all HR systems.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated issues. Collaborates with software vendors, and other users to ensure support in meeting the human resources objectives.
  • Ensures systems adherence to state and federal employment regulations (background check, relocation, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights to the HR team.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and other data visualization tools to analyze HR data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Responsible for all reporting requests and analytics, supports our customers with all data requests. Conducts audits on a regular basis and prepares findings and reports.
  • Responsible for the data integrity and accuracy of HR system, addresses and corrects discrepancies.
  • Performs analysis, tests, and administrates HRIS computer system modules including, but not limited to, human resources, compensation, benefits, employee health, etc.
  • Lead data migration and integration projects when necessary.
  • Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and implements programs to meet special and ongoing needs of Human resources information.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes to increase efficiency and enhance the user experience. Streamline HR workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Provide training to HR staff and endusers to optimize the use of HRIS tools. Offer technical support and guidance to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

Qualification Requirements:


Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Workday Certification highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years in HRIS supporting Workday required.
  • 5+ years human resources experience required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Healthcare or Aviation experience preferred.
  • This position is designated Safety Sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
