Team Leader / Team Lead HR Service Center (m/f/d)

Our daily dose of Action:


As Team Leader / Team Lead HR Service Center, you will lead the national HR Service Center and manage a team of HR administrators and payroll experts.

You will report directly to the Head of HR Services in the Netherlands and work closely with our HR Manager Germany on labor law regulations and maintaining service levels.

Your areas of responsibility


Operational management:


  • Prioritizing and coordinating tasks and responsibilities
  • Interface for international projects in the HR Services department
  • Planning and conducting employee trainings on relevant HR topics
  • Continuous analysis and improvement of current HR processes

Personnel administration:


  • Compliance with processes while considering labor law regulations
  • Responsibility for correct data collection and archiving
  • Preparation of relevant HR management reports

Payroll:


  • Ensuring and controlling correct payroll
