Your Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the team to develop an effective, efficient, and innovative sourcing strategy.
Design and manage an operating model that involves the Fleet teams in executing the sourcing strategy.
Utilize data to measure sourcing and process results, and identify opportunities for improvement through continuous improvement methods.
Foster strong relationships with the Fleet teams to develop sourcing plans, execute them, and achieve desired results.
Collaborate with other brands within Carnival Corporation to enhance our scale.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Engineering, or Supply Chain Management. A Master's degree is a plus.
Demonstrated senior leadership skills in multinational and hybrid teams.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
Fluent in English (our company language).
Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.
