To ensure that we can quickly provide solutions to our clients' questions and problems, we are currently building a TechSupport team (m/f/d) to resolve technical difficulties.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • You will be a member of our 2nd level support team
  • You will be the point of contact for technical questions from our clients (via phone and chat) as well as for our team
  • You will install our software on the laptops we send to our clients
  • You will take care of database updates and backups

What you bring to the table:

  • You have completed a vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • You have a strong technical affinity and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself with various tools (such as Adobe, Moodle, Windows) in order to solve technical
