Are you an ambitious working student (all genders) with a passion for the beauty industry, brands, and e-commerce? Our Brand Management team in Florence, MS is looking for you to help position flaconi as the top online destination for beauty as a brand.

As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into all brand marketing processes and actively support the planning and execution of our brand initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Brand Management Team to develop and implement various crossmedia campaigns and brand marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, TV commercials, and events
Assist Brand Managers with daily tasks such as curating beauty products for campaigns and reporting
Conduct trend and competitor analysis and support brand monitoring efforts
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in your area of responsibility
Create impactful and engaging presentations to tell our brand story

Your qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a marketing, advertising, media management, communication science, journalism, or similar program
Previous practical experience as a working student or intern in marketing is preferred
Excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong spelling and grammar. Good German skills are also required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Proactive and organized approach to work, with some experience in project management being a plus
Passion for the beauty industry and brand marketing
