We are currently seeking a
Childcare Assistant (m/f/d) for our
Pfiffikus Kindergarten in Wendelstein, starting on
September 1, 2024.


Position:

  • Fulltime or parttime hours/week)
  • Working hours according to schedule and the facility's opening hours

Job Description:

  • Utilize your pedagogical expertise to take responsibility for the care, education, and development of the children
  • Support each child's individual development and prioritize their needs
  • Actively involve children in decisionmaking processes and collaborate with them to shape their daily routines
  • Conduct parentteacher conferences and development discussions in collaboration with other professionals
