Description

To expand our team at Sudlersville Senior Center in Röttingen, we are currently seeking a full-time nursing director (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with current company goals in terms of quality and quantity
Ensuring the quality of care and providing appropriate care and support for residents based on SGB XI, AVPfleWoqG, MD regulations, FQA, and other (particularly liability-related) regulations
Ensuring employee satisfaction by creating the best possible working conditions and healthy leadership
Creating and reviewing duty and vacation schedules, deploying and coordinating nursing staff based on professional criteria, qualifications, and personal suitability, and ensuring practical training in collaboration with training facilities
Constructive collaboration with residents, their relatives/legal representatives, cooperation partners, and other groups of people

Your profile:
Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse / nursing specialist or health and nursing care professional (m/f/d)
Completed further training as a nursing director / responsible nursing specialist according to §71 SGB XI
