"We are the network for the regional craft industry in the Cologne/Bonn metropolitan area. We are supported by 400 volunteer entrepreneurs and employee representatives in our general assembly, executive board, board of directors, committees, and working groups. We are also made up of over 250 employees of the Chamber of Crafts who are dedicated to promoting the craft industry in the region

RESPONSIBILITIES
As the first point of contact for many businesses, you are our representative.

As a Service Center employee (m/f/d), you will have a diverse range of service and regulatory tasks:

You will advise founders (m/f/d) as well as existing companies
You will be responsible for examining eligibility for registration in a trade at the Chamber of Crafts, as well as for registration, deletion of registration, and changes in business managers and legal forms
You will be in contact with, for example, trade registration offices, the Chamber of Commerce, the regulatory agency, and other chambers

WHAT WE NEED

You have many years of experience as an administrative employee (m/f/d)
You have successfully completed training as an administrative assistant / legal assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable legallyoriented education
You are ITsavvy and have excellent knowledge of Office products
You have strong communication skills and a serviceoriented and meticulous work style
You are a team player, proactively contribute, and work independently
