Your tasks:

2 qualifications in 3 years: With our high school graduate program, you will combine the training as a "retail salesman" with the further education as a "certified commercial specialist IHK" your goal: to lead your own team as a branch manager in the future
During the practical phases in the branch, you will learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure quality, freshness and cleanliness for a successful shopping experience
Whether it's stocking and presenting goods, ordering or cashiering: you will be handson and fully committed
We will also train you in employee management so that you can soon take over your first shift on your own
To further develop your skills, you will participate in various training courses and seminars you will also acquire the IHK trainer certificate
The theory phases take place in block lessons at an external training center (any travel/accommodation costs will be reimbursed)
