THE FUTURE IS YOU The People & Culture (P&C) department is the central HR department of C&A.

Within this department, our Services & Systems team is responsible for standardizing and continuously improving administrative HR processes and systems across Europe.

The Services & Systems team is currently working on standardizing and improving all types of HR documents, including templates and implementing software solutions to support the creation and storage of personnel documents in daily HR operations.

In this role, you will work with several other student workers and experienced team members. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Cleaning up and standardizing the appearance of all existing HR document templates at C&A Europe * Creating new templates to be integrated into the HR system for efficient document creation and storage
