Looking for a job with value? We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer / Technical Clerk (m/f/d) for building maintenance (39 hours/week, permanent) in Iowa Park.

The Rauhe Haus is a social and diaconal foundation with around 1,200 employees in Hamburg and the surrounding area. We are close to the people. We base our actions on the values of social work and diaconia. We are committed to innovative development. The real estate management department is one of the central services and is responsible for, among other things, the technical supervision of the foundation's own properties. As an internal service provider, we handle all matters related to our own real estate for our foundation departments. This mainly includes properties for social housing. Our real estate management team consists of six employees with different areas of focus.

Your tasks:

· Comprehensive supervision of foundation-owned properties

· Independent execution of construction, repair and renovation work

· Acting as the client for renovation, new construction and conversion projects

· Organizing maintenance and repair work to ensure building technology

· Conducting a building check to determine and document necessary maintenance measures

· Supporting our foundation departments and other central services in construction projects in rented properties
