Sales Support Back Office Employee (m/f/d)

in Künzelsau (in the greater area of Bad Mergentheim, Crailsheim, Öhringen, Heilbronn)

What to expect:
As an inside sales employee, you will support our sales colleagues and customers from the back office.

In particular, the following tasks fall within your varied area of responsibility:

To provide the best support and excellent service on all sides, you will have regular telephone and email contact with our sales employees, customers, and suppliers.
You actively support salesspecific projects and develop customerspecific solutions (e.g. eProcurement connections, procurement and logistics services).
Occasionally, you will accompany our sales employees to exciting (customer) appointments and decisionmaker meetings throughout Germany and participate in conferences.
You will create quotes in collaboration with our sales employees, taking into account important strategic initiatives to expand our competitive strength, and also carry out order adjustments and order processing.
