Tasks:As a plant mechanic (m/w/d), you are responsible for the repair, maintenance and restoration of supply systems and facilities at Dresden Airport, such as plumbing and heating systems. Welding, drilling and screwing are among the technical basics of this apprenticeship. In addition to installing electrical components and assemblies, you also carry out insulation, sealing and protective measures. Environmental protection also plays a role in this profession, as you consider sustainable energy and water usage systems.
The apprenticeship is carried out in a dual system and is a recognized 3.5-year apprenticeship in the industry and crafts. The vocational school lessons take place as block lessons at a vocational school center in the Dresden region.
Requirements:- You have a good to very good secondary school leaving certificate and an interest in mathematics and physics.
- You have a basic understanding of electronic and mechanical connections.
- You also demonstrate technical understanding and manual dexterity.
- Teamwork, reliability and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths.
