Your responsibilities

Planning and preparation of imports and exports of components in collaboration with internal functions and external parties
Creation of customs documents, together with the responsible project logisticians
Collecting and checking customsrelated documents such as invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin (CoO), etc.
Reviewing and preparing import requirements for upcoming project countries

Your profile

Commercial education or comparable qualification
Completed trainings/certifications in customs, import and export control, or other relevant experience
Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
Good knowledge of German and English
