- The in-depth analysis of customer problems, the identification of problem areas and the development of corresponding solutions
- You work closely with our developer teams and continuously develop our systems together with other teams
- You continuously expand your know-how by using the CMS and shop systems yourself
What you bring:
- You see yourself as an expert for any CMS or shop system (no matter if Shopware, Wordpress, TYPO3, Magento, etc.)
- You can handle SSH and are eager to dive into topics
- You have already done one of these things: operated or built a website, self-administered a server, or programmed
- You are curious, enjoy learning new things and share your knowledge with others
- You are not afraid of making mistakes and are willing to try things out
