Experience- At least 8-10 years of experience in project management.- Proven experience in managing complex communication projects, preferably in the ACF or other Federal Government Agencies.- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities- Provide overall project management leadership and oversight.- Identify and assign resources, including sub-vendors and service providers.- Implement and follow industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.- Facilitate communication between the government and contractor.- Utilize ITIL methodologies in the program management structure.- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).- Organize and lead project kick-off meetings and orientation sessions.- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.- Track and manage project activities, schedules, and costs.- Provide regular status reports and participate in progress reviews.- Collaborate with FYSB staff and coordinate tasks according to program direction.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
