Your tasks

You work as a (Junior) Consultant Digitalization (m/f/d) in interesting and innovative projects and support our clients in the public sector with systematic requirement gathering, concept development, and implementation of IT systems.
You advise at the interface between users and digital technologies to enable successful digital transformation.
You work flexibly in interdisciplinary project teams with clients and Syncwork employees, either on-site at our clients' locations or from our office or home office.
You take responsibility for your assigned tasks and respond to customer requirements independently, flexibly, and pragmatically.

You have an academic education in the field of IT (preferably in (Business) Informatics) or a business degree with a focus on IT, or a comparable education.
You are interested in both digitalization and the latest technologies, as well as the changes that affect people.
You have a strong interest in issues related to administrative development and digitalization.
Ideally, you have some experience with administrative tasks at the federal, state, municipal, foundation, or university level.
You have a high IT affinity and ideally have some experience with the implementation of IT projects.
