Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for
organizing and preparing all components/ dishes while following given recipes, quantities, and cost guidelines.
You will support the kitchen management by
coordinating service processes and working within the daily operations, as well as
assisting with meal planning.
You will
oversee the purchasing of ingredients, ensure proper receiving and storage, and document all relevant data.
With your dedication, you will ensure excellent service, guarantee product quality, and motivate your team to achieve their best.
You will
motivate employees, support their wellbeing in daily work, and
increase customer satisfaction.
You will monitor compliance with internal cleanliness and hygiene guidelines according to HACCP standards.

We are looking for

You have completed an apprenticeship as a cook.
Ideally, you have further training in the field of "special dietary requirements."
