The Evangelical Church Community of Gondelsheim is looking for several educational specialists for the soon-to-be established outdoor group of the "Am Saalbach" Kindergarten in Gondelsheim (currently four groups).

  • Introducing children to the group
  • Planning and organizing the daily routine of the group and the facility
  • Carrying out educational and care measures
  • Planning, implementing, and reflecting on educational work
  • Observing and documenting
  • Revising the concept
  • Maintaining portfolios
  • Working with parents through conversations, parent evenings, and creative activities
  • Close collaboration with counseling centers, special education teachers, and integration assistants
  • Planning and participating in celebrations and events
