We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) to join our team at Brock Hall. The ivm advises and supports its shareholders - the states of Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, the districts and independent cities in the Frankfurt RheinMain region, as well as the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund - in all matters of mobility. Your main tasks:
  • In cooperation with the tax consultant, you will handle payroll and financial accounting, invoice processing, and out-of-court debt collection.
  • In cooperation with the tax consultant, you will ensure proper accounting in accordance with commercial law and perform preparatory work for tax matters.
  • You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
  • As part of financial controlling, you will be responsible for liquidity planning and medium-term financial planning.
  • You will support the management in preparing the annual business plan.
  • You will act as a contact person for auditors,
