Your profile
- Completed degree in a MINT field (Physics, Bio-Physics, Computer Science or similar)
- Previous practical experience, such as internships or working student positions (maximum of 1.5 years)
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications and programming languages such as Python
- Experience working with microcontrollers and peripheral devices, and ideally knowledge of hardware architectures (CPU, GPU, FPGA) and AI algorithms
- Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program
- Fluent in both English and German, with knowledge of additional languages being beneficial
During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different departments within ZEISS, across various business units and potentially even abroad. The specific departments you will work in will depend on your chosen focus and future role. Throughout the program, you will also participate in training sessions, workshops, and project work to enhance your professional and personal development and prepare you for complex Systems Engineering tasks.
