With this training, we offer you the opportunity to gain insight into various areas of business administration in the healthcare sector. You will rotate between different training locations within the region, allowing you to gain an overview of insurance topics, customer consultation, and other focal points across departments.

You want to...

learn how to passionately and competently advise customers on all questions related to health and health insurance, both over the phone and in person,
successfully support our customers in the implementation of new online processes and be the first point of contact on all communication channels,
independently process and handle benefit claims,
gain knowledge about the healthcare system and social insurance,
excite people about Techniker and acquire new members - in person and over the phone,
determine, review, and realize our contribution demands and reimbursement claims.

We expect...

you to have completed (vocational) high school or have a very good secondary school leaving certificate, or will soon have it in your pocket,
