For our client - a world leader in the field of sensors and communication - we are looking for a team leader for electronics development (m/f/d) in the Westphalia region.

Your tasks:

You are actively involved in the development of complex hydroacoustic systems.
You are involved in building an interdisciplinary team of electronics developers (FPGA, DSP, sensors, audio) and lead them, also at the interfaces to other teams (e.g. embedded software).
You are responsible for resource and budget planning for your team and ensure compliance with quality standards as well as customer communication.

Your qualifications:

Extensive knowledge in FPGA development and digital signal processing
Sound hardware knowledge: PCB layout, circuit development & analog electronics
Basic understanding of the functioning of transducers
Willingness to travel for conferences, customer demonstrations or specialist conferences
At least some experience in team leadership/coordination
Fluent German and English skills
