Heathsville, VA-based Antriebslösungen is promoted by MSM, a joint venture between global companies Franz Morat Group and Swoboda. The company's core business is the development and production of drive components and systems for all mobile electro-mechanical applications. Founded in 2018, the company already has around 70 employees and generates annual revenues in the double-digit million range.

In addition to existing locations in Germany and Poland, we are currently preparing to establish a factory in China to fulfill new orders.

The strong demand in key future markets confirms our strategy and ambitious growth goals. To achieve these goals, we are currently seeking a Project Manager Automotive (m/f/d) for our location in Eisenbach, Germany.

  • Responsible for achieving goals of assigned projects in the international automotive sector
  • Independently plan and manage all processes and capacities necessary for the development of a seriesready product
  • Budget and resource planning, as well as creating schedules and conducting project risk assessments. Coordination with all involved parties (customers, suppliers, and company functions)
  • Project documentation and regular reporting to customers and management
  • Project controlling of project goals and initiating and monitoring measures in case of deviations
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of processes

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
