At our Bietigheim-Bissingen location, with nearly 1,000 employees, we develop, manufacture, and distribute innovative wiper and sensor cleaning systems that provide optimal visibility for drivers, increasing safety and contributing to semi-autonomous driving.

As our Product Technical Leader, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for product technical matters internally and externally
  • Create and track the development schedule, as well as the system release plan
  • Analyze and manage project risks and issues
  • Plan and monitor hours for the R&D project team
  • Manage project releases and customer deliveries
  • Lead the R&D project team (system, hardware, software engineering, EMC, CAD/CAE, validation)
  • Contribute to project acquisition for new projects
  • Conduct technical project reviews
