Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)


We are an independent, family-owned company that has been operating as an importer of well-known manufacturers and high-quality products in the surface treatment sector for almost 20 years.

The heart of our company is our highly motivated and competent employees. We focus on lean processes in our core functions of product development, technology transfer, sales, marketing, purchasing, and logistics.

Ludwigsburg-Oßweil, we are looking for a


Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) - also part-time


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Management and communication with defined (international) suppliers
  • Demand planning and procurement of defined product groups
  • Further development of the supplier portfolio and structures
  • Implementation of standardizations and optimizations of purchasing processes
  • Interface function to the departments of goods receipt, finance, and sales
  • Strategic development of purchasing through process optimization, supplier development, negotiation of supply agreements, etc.
  • Conducting price negotiations
  • Representation of the purchasing manager
  • Support in daily business operations

We expect the following from you:

  • Completed commercial training or business administration degree
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with an ERP system
  • Fluent in German and English
