To strengthen our team at our Karlsruhe location, we are looking for a full-time Senior HR Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You will be the point of contact for all HR matters for our managers, employees, and apprentices/DH students at our Karlsruhe location.
You will advise our managers on labor law and other HRrelated issues and be responsible for the administrative implementation of HR processes.
You will handle all operational HR tasks from hiring to termination.
You will be responsible for implementing individual HR measures, such as changes in working hours, conducting exit interviews, and creating employment references.
You will also support in preparing for payroll.
You will work
