With our software ipolog, we provide solutions to optimize production and logistics on a daily basis. Many well-known customers rely on the combination of planning, optimization, and visualization tools. Our success depends on good communication with our customers - that's why we're looking for you
Your responsibilities
- Support for users of our ipolog software
- Assistance with the rollout and implementation of the ipolog software
- Building relationships with our users
- Creation of short guides and videos for our customer support page
- Design and distribution of ipolog software newsletters
- Development and implementation of concepts and measures to ensure predefined quality standards for software functions, as well as coordination with departments
What you bring to the table
- You have a basic understanding of technology and are eager to familiarize yourself with our solution
- You have a handson mentality and excellent organizational skills
- You can prioritize your tasks independently
- You enjoy working with customers and internal interfaces
- You have a strong customer orientation
- Your German and English skills are very good in spoken and written form
- Innovative, confident demeanor, selfinitiative, and willingness to take responsibility
