Laboratory Assistant (m/f/d) for Veterinary Medicine

Antech operates 6 veterinary laboratory locations in Germany. We are competent partners for veterinarians in private practice, as well as animal clinics, universities, research institutions, and zoos, providing customeroriented services for all laboratory diagnostics needs.

Your responsibilities:

As an important part of our team, you will make a significant contribution to the diagnosis and treatment plans of doctors through your independent processing of laboratory samples

Your tasks will include:

Managing incoming samples for analysis
Data entry of incoming orders
Team assistance to support smooth laboratory processes
Handling clarification cases and complaints
Telephone customer contact
Supporting smooth sample logistics
Order review
Implementation and support of quality management

Your qualifications:

As a team player, you are characterized by a conscientious, independent, and structured way of working, always keeping the well-being of our customers in mind.

Your other experiences and qualities include:

A successfully completed training as a veterinary assistant/medical assistant (m/f/d) is desirable
Technical understanding and good computer skills are an advantage
Enjoyment of learning new things
Flexibility, service orientation, and responsibility
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
