Foreman*woman Civil Engineering / Road Construction - 100%


Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the technical execution of construction sites in utility construction, sewer construction, road construction, and general civil engineering
  • You lead the on-site construction team professionally and, in collaboration with the construction management, are responsible for their deployment planning
  • Throughout the entire execution, you take on project controlling and, together with the construction management, monitor costs, deadlines, and quality of our complex civil engineering projects
  • You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site

Profile

  • You have a basic education in civil and road construction, have successfully completed further training as a foreman*woman, and have the corresponding professional experience
  • You already have some experience in working with BIM - or you are excited to learn it
  • With your winning personality and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you can motivate and lead people
  • You enjoy direct interaction with customers and business partners on-site, as well as an interest in business relationships
