a nursing specialist (m/f/d) in part-time with 20 to 35 hours per week, permanent, for our Wilhelm-Kauermann senior center in Castrop-Rauxel, starting as soon as possible.



Job description:


  • Independent care and support of residents
  • Ensuring good quality of care and support
  • Independent execution of basic and treatment care according to regulations and guidelines
  • Management and documentation of care processes, taking into account current scientific and conceptual guidelines
  • Instruction of nursing assistants
  • Trusting and constructive cooperation with relatives and doctors
