The city of Ettlingen is currently seeking to fill two positions in the Department of Building Construction and Facility Management
Building Maintenance and Assistance (m/f/d)
each 50% part-time
Your main tasks in building maintenance
- Structural maintenance of municipal buildings, such as schools, daycares, administrative buildings
- Project management and control of municipal renovation and repair measures
Your main tasks in assistance
- Secretarial tasks and assistance to the department management
We expect
- Training/studies in the field of civil engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Customer service orientation, commitment, and resilience
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Team and communication skills
We offer
- Salary up to pay grade 11 TVöD (building maintenance) or 6 TVöD (assistance)
