At Sozialwerk St. Georg e.
V., we provide services to enable people with assistance needs to live self-determined and equal lives in our society. We support around 4,500 people with assistance needs in North Rhine-Westphalia.


In the special living arrangements of the Autism department in Gelsenkirchen, 30 people with assistance needs of all ages live.

The individual houses are designed as single-family homes and give clients the opportunity to be integrated into the surrounding neighborhood according to their needs.

We work according to the TEACCH approach.

Your tasks

  • Your needsbased duty roster provides the organizational framework for the provision of services by the assistance team. Here, you plan and manage the time resources for the employees.
  • You manage the personnel deployment planning according to the specifications of the TVöD.
  • Through the time recording, you ensure the provision of assistance services.
