Our client specializes in providing customer support for high-end electronic devices, including smartphones, laptops, TVs, and hi-fi systems in Alpine, OR.


As a Contact Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers and store employees who need assistance with complaint resolution, product information, availability, stock and special order sales processing, special order sales systems and reconciliation, troubleshooting product performance issues, scheduling service appointments, answering questions about warranty and Extended Protection Plan coverage, and handling repair-related inquiries and services.

This role involves providing support through phone and/or written communication.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This position covers multiple European countries, and we are currently seeking individuals with fluency in the following language:

  • Danish
