Your responsibilities


• Independent management of an assigned fleet

• Planning, controlling, and optimizing vehicle procurement and delivery

• Ordering vehicles according to specified requirements

• Responsible for scheduling

• Management and control of vehicle leasing contracts

• Accompanying and managing the entire lifecycle of customer vehicles from order to return

• Creating monthly reports for customers

• Informing department management and customers about current status

• Ordering rental vehicles

• Sending traffic tickets to the appropriate authority and checking driver's licenses

• Responsible for maintaining master data and managing fuel cards, tires, and damages

Your profile


• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship

• Professional experience in customer service

• Knowledge in fleet management, leasing, or car
