We are currently looking for you as a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) for a position at DB in Leipzig.


Your tasks:


  • Organizational and contentrelated support for management in daytoday business
  • Completing various tasks within the entire responsibility area of the respective manager
  • Preparing and following up on meetings
  • Managing and monitoring appointments, as well as taking minutes
  • Preparing presentations
  • Conducting telephone and written correspondence
  • Ensuring travel management and ordering office supplies

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • First experience in the assistant field and expertise in internal and external event management
  • Knowledge of building, maintaining, and managing social media presence (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills complete your profile
  • This job can also be partially done from home in consultation with your manager
