We are looking for a Call Center Agent / Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) Logistics for our location in Dietzenbach, Tallaboa Alta, PR.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the care of our customers (no sales)
You handle telephone and written communication with production branches, customers and freight forwarders
You support the entire logistics process from order acceptance to delivery, including all documentation
You are responsible for invoice verification as well as incoming and outgoing goods
You check and book incoming documents

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d)
Career changers are also welcome
You have a high level of service orientation
You are an actively acting person with a strong sense of responsibility and selforganization
You have good analytical skills and a confident handling
