Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences, two positions as
Research Assistant (m/f/d) are available at the inIT - Institute for Industrial Information Technology of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the
Lemgo campus, starting as soon as possible.
The responsibilities will include the following aspects in particular:
- Participation in the research project AeM Speedport for the automation of aircraft movements on the airport apron
- Development of algorithms for obstacle and free space detection, as well as motion planning algorithms
- Publication and presentation of research results in scientific journals and conferences
- Preparation of project documentation
- Supervision and guidance of student assistants in the project
We look forward to receiving your application if you meet the following requirements:
- Completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field
- Good programming skills in C, C++ or Python
- Knowledge of sensors and signal processing
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and neural networks
- Good German and English skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is desirable
