Budget for building a concrete block wall - Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ, United States - beBee Handyman

Description

Right now there is a two-block high wall and a metal mesh. What I want is to remove the mesh and raise the wall to two meters. The first meters of the wall are in poor condition and may need to be removed. In addition, about half of the meters have an incline due to being an entrance ramp.
I am unsure whether to use concrete blocks or replace the mesh with a taller metal fence. I would like a quote for both options. The linear length is about 10m. The location is Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ.
